Manhal Development Company PJSC
Manhal Development Company PJSC (Manhal) developed, owns, and operates the satellite campus for the Paris-Sorbonne Abu Dhabi University (PSUAD) under a 25-year Build-Own-Operate-Transfer (BOOT) concession from the Abu Dhabi Educational Council (ADEC).
The 93,000 square meters purpose-built, residential campus is a world-class educational facility with capacity for 2,000 students including on-campus residences. The campus is a combination of traditional architecture similar to that of the chapel of La Sorbonne in Paris and state-of-the-art facilities of an avant-garde educational institution.
Located close to the heart of the capital Abu Dhabi on Al Reem Island, the PSUAD is the first French higher-education institution to open in the Gulf region.
MIP acquired 49% of Manhal in 2011.
