Our valuation approach focuses on discounted cash flow. We prefer yield-generating infrastructure and related assets with concession-granted or natural monopolies, long-term off-take with credit-worthy entities and critical infrastructure.
We actively seek to create value in our investments through growth, operational improvements, and capital structure optimization. MIP counts on its experienced team and operational managers with relevant functional and sector expertise to realize value.
We employ optimal levels of non-recourse leverage at the investment level to enhance core returns and support growth across our portfolio.
MIP works in partnership with public and private sector, strategic and operational investors to deliver economic value and infrastructure improvements for all stakeholders.
MIP strives to deliver robust and predictable risk-adjusted returns on its investments.
MIP is independently managed for the benefit of all its investors by an investment executive team with over 100 years of combined experience. Our interests are aligned with the performance of funds under management.
